Visa Application Process

Step 3: Document Submission
Before applying, you’ll need to upload the following documents in Step 3:

After submitting your application:
- You will receive an email updating you on the status of your visa application.
- Our agent will contact you within 24-48 hours for additional information or requirements.
Important Notes
Please keep in mind the following:
- No refund policy once the application process has started.
- No payment is required at this stage. Our agent will guide you through the payment process.
Full Processing Service
Depending on the visa type:
- We may handle the entire process from A to Z, where all you need to do is submit the required documents.
- Some visa types require a personal appearance at the embassy or consulate. You will need to submit the documents yourself in such cases.
- For full processing, we will pick up your passport and provide an acknowledgment letter confirming receipt.
- At least two to three of our staff members will review your visa application to ensure everything is in order.
- We strive to build long-term relationships by providing excellent service, but visa approval is ultimately at the sole discretion of the Embassy.
